Some interesting ideas in this book – research shows that the best recovery times are between 10 PM and 2 AM.
Nutrients that are good for sleep include magnesium, selenium (brazil nuts), Vitamin C, tryptophan, potassium, calcium, vitamin D, omega 3’s, B-vitamins, melatonin and probiotics.
Some supplementation Shawn Stevenson recommends are chamomile, valerian, 5HTP, and l-tryptophan.
